Skill:
Gymnastics complex
6 rounds:
3 strict pull-ups
1 pull-over
6 high bar ring dips


WOD:
150 push-ups
200-m run each break


Unloaded:

Slam ball Tabata
Dynamic push-ups (on ball)
Squats with the ball
Ball slams
Over-the-shoulder
Sit-ups with the ball

Rest 5 minutes then complete 100 pull-ups
